By creating an account you agree that: (1) You own or control all rights to music you upload, including master recording and composition rights. (2) You grant Music Match AI a non-exclusive, worldwide license to stream your music to venue subscribers. (3) You will earn $0.008 USD per qualifying play, paid monthly with no minimum threshold. (4) Music containing third-party copyrighted material will be removed. (5) You indemnify Music Match AI against any copyright claims arising from your uploads. (6) This agreement is governed by applicable US copyright law.
